DJ, collector and music lover since the late 80’s, Volcov has played all around Europe, USA and Japan. Real name Enrico Crivellaro, he founded the record labels Archive in 1997, Neroli in 2000 and SJNRL in 2003.  Known for his his gifted ear for all things melodic Volcov released several compilations including the now classic melodic techno ‘Soul In Motion’, the rare groove collections 'Way Back When', and 'I Owe It To Myself', both on Especial Japan, and most notably the highly praised ‘From The Archive’ vol. 1 and 2 on BBE.

As a producer he has released the classic albums ‘Balance’ as Isoul8 and ‘This World’ as Rima [together with Domu] and has worked on several remixes for the likes of Azymuth, Taylor McFerrin, Jazztronik, Vikter Duplaix, Frankie Valentine and many more. The split 12” of covers of the Classic ‘Stop Bajon’ with Theo Parrish and Mark De Clive Lowe for Archive records also deserves an honourable mention.

In the last few years most of Volcov’s efforts went on developing even more the rich and eclectic palette of sound of his label Neroli.  Dego, Lars Bartkuhn, Trinidadian Deep, Fred P, Patrice Scott, Skymark, The Abstract Eye, Patrick Gibin & Kaidi Tatham ft Josh Milan are few of the artists who delivered exquisite releases in the last years, not to mention the label’s 20th anniversary album The First Circle wich has been labelled by the press as ‘Sublime’ [RA]. Alongside constantly releasing quality music, Volcov is still known for his experienced and undeniable skilled dj sets.
