The London born and raised duo have been cultivating their eighties/nineties inspired 808 driven, synth-soaked sets since their university days. Conversations about their love of hip and soul bonded them from early on and since reconnecting in LA the dance-floor romantics have been exploring a rich tapestry of sounds from Street Soul, R&B, Boogie, Lover’s Rock, House and Techno and more.

Now residents on Lot Radio and NTS regulars they’ve found a space to share their vast collections and provide the perfect soundtrack for your pre or post dance floor nostalgia. They’re known for taking us down musical rabbit roles to contextualise the music's origin and to put the music and musicians to the forefront of their narrative. This goes even further in their writing for publications such as DJ Mag and Resident Advisor on topics such as Toyin Agbetu; The Godfather of Street Soul, Celebrating 100 Black artists and Dego; Striving For Perfection.

To complement their radio show and bookings, they began throwing intimate parties around the capital, hosting the likes of Benedek, Lord Tusk, Mystic Jungle, Gary Gritness as well as DJ sets from their community of homies such as Debora Ipekel, Zakia Sewell and Anu.

In 2021 they launched their cassette mix series, ‘5enses’ which is centred around evoking the 5 senses. Their listening experience involves inviting an artist to record an hour-long mix, an illustrator/graphic designer to design the cassette, accompanied by a unique smell and recipe created by their resident chef, Ixta Belfrage. The project allows visual artists, directors, culinary artists to come together to create a unique 360 experience and support local charities such as Black Minds Matter and many more.

The duo just played at Peckham’s GALA festival alongside family members Charlie Dark, Anu and Leanne Wright and get ready for another set at We Out Here festival and lots more this summer.
