“Discovering soul tracks inside the albums of your house heroes like Lil’ Louis & Mr. Fingers opened my mind to search for more.” – Volcov

Hailing from Verona [Italy], Volcov, real name Enrico Crivellaro, is globally known for his exquisite taste and gifted ear for all things melodic as well as for his memorable dj sets.Alongside constantly pushing quality music either in clubs or on his kaleidoscopic ‘From the Archive’ radio shows, Volcov has founded the record labels Archive in 1997, Neroli in 2000 and SJNRL

in 2003.He also curated several compilations including the now classic emotional techno collection ‘Soul In Motion’, the rare groove selections 'Way Back When', and 'I Owe It To Myself', both on Especial Japan, and most notably the highly praised ‘From The Archive’ vol. 1 and 2 on BBE.

As a producer he has released the classic albums ‘Balance’ as Isoul8 and ‘This World’ as Rima [together with Domu] and has worked on several remixes and projects: the split 12” of covers of the Classic ‘Stop Bajon’ with Theo Parrish and Mark De Clive Lowe for Archive records certainly deserves an honourable mention. In the last few years most of Volcov’s efforts went on developing even more the rich and eclectic sound palette of his label Neroli.

Dego,  Kirk Degiorgio, Domu, Lars Bartkuhn, Fred P, Patrice Scott, Skymark, The Abstract Eye, Patrick Gibin & Kaidi Tatham ft Josh Milan are few of the artists who delivered exquisite releases in the last years, not to mention the label’s 20th anniversary album The First Circle wich has been labelled by the press as ‘Sublime’ [RA].
